The Bridal Consultant is on hand with answers and solutions to any questions or concerns you have during the planning of your wedding.  Our experts will keep you on track with your budget and timeline, every recommendation is done in the best interests of the bride and groom.  This package is for the busy bride who is looking to plan her own wedding but knows that help is only a phone call or e-mail away, easing the entire planning process for her.

Package C - Wedding Coordinator - Total Cost:  $1500

Looking for a little extra help on your wedding day?  This package is ideal for the do-it-yourself bride who wants to enjoy her wedding day and watch all her efforts come together.  Our Wedding Coordinator will assist at the rehearsal and provide on-site event coordination on your wedding day.   We will be behind the scenes during the ceremony to guide the bridal party and continue the process throughout the evening, ensuring every detail is attended to, allowing our bride a hassle-free, stress-free day.

•    One hour pre-consultation to confirm wedding plans, expectations and vendor contracts
•    Budget development and management
•    Theme and design ideas

•    Rehearsal attendance
•    Distribution of final vendor payments

This is for the busy couple who have enough on their plate without the added stress of having to plan and coordinate their big day.  You will be in good hands with a Wedding Planner who will guide you through all aspects of planning to ensure that your wedding day is everything you dream it to be.  From venue selection to wedding favors, let our professionals do all the leg work for you, keeping you posted with regular progress reports.   Your involvement includes a consultation to describe your vision, advisement of your likes and dislikes, attendance at arranged vendor meetings to confirm details and make final decisions and any planning meetings you may desire.  Let us take care of the rest!
